Our Curriculum
How We Work
At Little Seedlings, the curriculum is influenced by two approaches, namely Reggio Emilia and Inquiry-based.
Children are regarded as active participants in their learning journeys, and are invited to develop their own perception of the world as they explore with their environment. They are seen as capable constructors of their own knowledge and are encouraged to apply what they have acquired in the real world. Their areas of interest and queries are valued. Contributions made are brought into classrooms for discussions facilitated by the teachers.
In the children's learning, parents are greatly involved as well. Teachers partner with parents to enhance children’s learning experiences by working together to create multiple sensory experiences where the use of the environment and prior knowledge is required.
